Fantasy Football week 17 TE help?

The Titans have allowed a league worst 988 receiving yards to TEs and 4 TDs. The Jags have allowed 870 yards and 7 TDs. Both of these guys have good match ups. The Colts have not wrapped up the division title yet, so they have something to play for. The Texans are out of it and may sit players early. Daniels could be a nice play, but the Texans also have Dreesen and may be trying to get Foster the rushing title. I would play Tamme.
