What is the average price to dye my hair two colors?

Hey I'm Mitichgo! I have naturally Dark brown hair with a redish tint to it. Well I want to know the average price to go to a salon and get my hair dyed black and my side bang turquoise. I know that the stylist will have to bleach my side bang before dying it turquoise because I have dark hair. And my mommy wont let me dye it myself cuz im only 13 & she doesn't want the bathroom black and turquoise. I'm also going on vacation in two days to visit my granny in florida. My mom already said I can dye my hair but if I don't like it too bad. So im dying my hair in Jacksonville at a hair salon. Sooooo does anyone know the average price of that? Thanks a lot!
