Could anyone draw a Half-Elf w/ specific characteristics for use in a D&D style game?

It's a 1/2 elf Thief/Ranger/Hunter w/ ice type powers. Specific characteristics include; Black hair that covers the ears so you can't really tell it's a 1/2 elf. A Blue tribalesque tattoo that covers the entire right arm (wrist to shoulder) and is blue in color, Eyes are a Dark Blue/Almost Black, He is 6'0" tall, His weapons besides the ice elemental stuff is archery which he uses his ice manipulation to create ice arrows to use and dual daggers that he uses to fight up close. He is 20 years of age. he has a witty personality and his skin is a palish tan resembling sand. If you can help or know anywhere I can go, please help. Thanks!
