HURTING at RB, who to start help please?

Goodson has a great match up against the Cardinals who have allowed more fantasy points to RBs than anyone. Even with Steward getting more carries Goodson has been putting up points the last few weeks. However, I would go with Choice. The Redskins are a terrible defense having allowed more fantasy points to RBs than all but 10 other teams. They've given up 1530 rushing yards, 601 receiving yards, and 11 TDs to RBs.
