What college should I go to?

If someone could list the colleges they like and why they prefer those opposed to the others, that would be awesome : ) I was looking at San Jac and UH. I'm not sure what kind of degrees there are.. I guess I just want a basic degree... I'd prefer smaller classes, a state school in a suburban or rural area. Thanks y'all!
