Can I carry my 19' blade in Nevada?

I don't know if it is considered a sword or a long dagger. It is all black on the out side. Can I walk around with it in my neighborhood in plain sight. Not hidden. I just don't want anyone to think they can screw with me while I am on my late night or early morning walks. I am in a nice gated community but some people are sketchy.
