Feria Bright Black Help...?

I had an Ash Blonde hair color and just dyed it the Feria Bright Black hair color, and washed it out and let it dry over night. The next day it came out a black with a verrrry blue tint. I washed it and now it's somewhat black with blue everywhere and now my tips are a greyish-white. Someone help?! I still wanna keep it black though. Would a demi get rid of the blue tint?
