How do I find a Rakshasa?

I heard they dress up as clowns to fool children and they sleep on the bed of dead insects. I heard they eat people and they make themselves turn invisible. they come to children a night and the children let them in and the Rakshasa eat the child's parents. What carnival do i go to? I want it to follow me at night so when i let it in then i will kill it with a dagger made of pure brass
