Is there actually any use of a rune dagger? Is it better for stab or something?

Rune dagger is good for stabbing, but relatively weak compared to a skimmy or 2h (though fast). It's best use is as a secondary/PKing weapon, if you poison it, it can be a solid damaging and quick weapon to use. Essentially a less expensive more available alternative to the dragon dagger.
