Is Wellness Just for Puppy a good food for a 3 month old miniature poodle?

Well, I recently purchased Bil-Jac, but after some extensive research, I learned that Bil-Jac is bad for your dog because of the Chicken-By Products and the corn. I am now considering switching. But if I do switch, I don't want to make the same mistake again by buying another "bad" dog food. So is Wellness Just for Puppy a good food for a puppy? Or isn't it? If not, which food is better, why? Please and thanks.
